Supporting professional self‐care for <scp>PCN</scp> pharmacists

As pharmacists become established in their roles within Primary Care Network (PCN) multidisciplinary teams, it is important that wellbeing and self‐care needs are supported. Here, the authors describe how process of ‘restorative clinical supervision’, which they reframe as ‘professional self‐care’, brings together to help them manage complex professional personal challenges now faced with.
